If you’re new to this journey, we recommend you start HERE.
How did your beauty hunting go last week?
Were you surprised by simple things you found beautiful?
What was the most pleasing for you?
How did your beauty hunts impact your mood and thoughts?
For the past few weeks, we have focused on embodiment practices that target your thoughts about yourself, others, and the world around you. Now we’re going to take a slightly different approach and focus on finding role models.
We know you’ve noticed them — embodied women in your life. They may be few and far between, but they stand out.
They’re the ones that wouldn’t even notice you watching them (or aspiring to be more like them) because they’re too busy kicking ass or graciously moving through their day with purpose.
Who are the women you see as
strong
settled within themselves
comfortable in their body
unbothered by outside pressures to look or act a certain way
gracious to others?
This week, here’s your ONE SIMPLE THING to do:
Think about the women you know or women you wish you knew, and identify a SHERO.
Then, spend this week thinking about or jotting down what you admire about her.
It’s probably not her physical beauty, her wardrobe, or how tidy her house is; it’s something more.
Find a shero and think about WHY she’s a shero.
We’ll see you back next week for more.
“Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back.” — Unknown.
